The madlytics team are uniquely positioned as a team of with deep technical expertise in combination with substantial experience in close proximity to business stakeholders, objectives and strategy.

The Madlytics core team hold qualifications in Advanced Database Management Systems & Data Warehousing, Software engineering, Project Management (Advance Agile & Scrum Master), Economics & Business Strategy and Masters degrees in Data Science. Our extended consulting teams consist of statisticians, software engineers, data architects and data scientists.

We love to share our knowledge, regularly giving talks at meetup groups and lecturing in undergraduate and postgraduate courses at UTS and UNSW in Machine Learning, Analytics & Entrepreneurship. We also enjoy competing in (and winning!) data science hackathons, often communicating deeply technical solutions to panels of entirely non-technical judges.

We believe that the future success of data science and business is not in more complex algorithms, but in how we make this accessible and usable by others.

Martin

Martin has 10+ years in the software development industry mostly in the the Auditing and Certification industry with a focus on certification of retail supermarkets and casual dining. He brings his extensive experience as a software developer and software development manager. Martin has worked in lean startup companies and global giants, providing him with a deep understanding of the interaction between technology and business at all company sizes. Martin brings innovative practices to the Data Science world with his agile approach as a certified scrum master & qualified advanced agile practitioner. He is completing a Masters in Data Science and Innovation and has a deep passion for all things data science and agile, with specific interests in data governance & its changing form in the new world of data science.

Alex

Alex

Alex comes from a heavily commercial background, with degrees in Finance & Economics. He has a deep passion & involvement in entrepreneurial and startup communities, mentoring several startups. He has a Masters in Data Science and Innovation and holds casual academic positions at UNSW and UTS. He lectures postgraduate students in Machine Learning & undergraduate students in entrepreneurship as well as occasional guest lecturer in Digital Marketing and Economics. He has deep experience in the digital space, most recently working in digital marketing and digital analytics for large B2B clients. Alex is most passionate about bridging the gap between and the latest Machine Learning and A.I technologies from academia & the business world.

Duhita

Duhita holds degrees in Advanced Database Management Systems & Data Warehousing and is completing a Masters in Data Science & Innovation. A seasoned data professional, she has 12+ years of experience across a myriad of data platforms and technologies. Duhita has designed and executed the data strategy of organisations in India, Singapore & Australia across the homeware, banking, B2B SaaS and retail e-commerce industries for such names as Zalora, The Iconic & Deputy. She has extensive experience with design & implementation of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence architecture and the development of advanced data science applications incorporating Machine Learning and A.I. As a practising Data Scientist Duhita is passionate about the emerging technologies and practices in Big Data, Machine Learning & AI and channels this passion into all her projects.

The Madlytics team has had extensive experience in e-commerce, software and SaaS startups as well as in large organisations. They have built data strategies and infrastructure from the ground up, executed large-scale digital analytics projects and built advanced Machine Learning and A.I models for companies.
